Yes, all pre-ordered orders can be collected from our factory in Ashford, Kent. We would require that a collection time and date be confirmed in advance.

We currently offer a 7-10 working day delivery service with our own flatbed. Our friendly delivery team will contact you the day before to confirm the delivery time slot.

Depending on the order quantity, we may be able to offer combined delivery. We recommend that you contact us to discuss your delivery needs.

No, your heavy items will arrive on our flatbed, so this will be a kerb side delivery service which will be stacked carefully and cleanly by hand. Please be aware that this is not by Hiab crane and cannot be craned off, or over, fences or walls. We will not leave any wrapping or pallets on site.

Due to the weight and our delivery system, we do not offer delivery outside of the UK.
